Officer Elections


Officer positions are: the President, the Vice President, the Recording Secretary, the Corresponding Secretary, the Treasurer and the Assistant Treasurer.

Elections for all officers are held at the Biennial Business Meeting.

They shall serve for a two-year term and shall be eligible for re-election provided they meet the condition of Article 8 and can serve two consecutive terms (A term is two Years).

Officer Positions

President: The President leads the organization, chairs meetings, and helps guide the overall direction of the Association. They work closely with officers to ensure the organization runs smoothly.

Vice President: The Vice President supports the President and steps in when the President is unavailable. This role also assists with day-to-day administrative and organizational needs.

Recording Secretary: Maintains official records of meetings and preserves important Association documents.

Corresponding Secretary: Handles official communications, including meeting notices and correspondence, and works with the President on important or sensitive matters.

Treasurer: The Treasurer oversees the Association’s finances, including dues, donations, and fundraising proceeds. This role ensures funds are properly managed, deposited, and used to support approved activities.
